DCOM error

I keep getting the following DCOM error on my Project 2003 server:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10016
Date: 9/11/2007
Time: 8:47:51 AM
User: NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE
Computer: RSPSERVICE3
Description:
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation
permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{BA126AD1-2166-11D1-B1D0-00805FC1270E}
to the user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE SID (S-1-5-20). This security
permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool

Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I too have this same problem... Is this system a citrix server by any
chance? I am running windows 2003 SP1, with Citrix presentation
server 4.0 on it...

This happens 2 times in a row, and then if i reboot the system 2 times
- the error does not occur...

Later on in my event logs after this, i get the following errors:

Source: Service Control Manager
Event ID: 7023
Description: The Cryptographic Services service terminated with the
following error:
The specified module could not be found.

This error is seen several times in a row, followed by:

Source: Service Control Manager
Event ID: 7023
Description: The Network Connections service terminated with the
following error:
The specified module could not be found.


Source: DCOM
Event ID: 10010
Description: The server {BA126AE5-2166-11D1-B1D0-00805FC1270E} did
not register with DCOM within the required timeout.
(searched in the registry for this number and found "Network
Connection Manager, and Netman having these ID's)

think the underlying factor here might be SP1 - i know for me - i
started having this problem after i restored my server to an earlier
point... it originally had windows 2003 SP2 on it, and i restored it
to backup file that had a Windows 2003 SP1 install...
