De-authorizing Office on a laptop

I have used up the amount of times, I can install Office on my computers.
I am about to sell one, How can re-authorize it and use it on my new computer?

Just uninstall before you sell it and re-install on the new. There is no
"de-authorizing" procedure...

You uninstall on old, reinstall on new
There are no number of authorisations, there is only the number of PC's it
can be installed on at any single time.
You use phone activation if on line fails
