Deactivate a project

We are moving all work to a new project on the server. I need to disable the
existing projects, but want to keep them on the server for reference. I don't
want the tasks in the old projects to appear in the resources pwas. Is there
a way to accomplish this?

Mitchell,

open the specific project plan in Project Professional and open the team
builder (Tools - Build Team from Enterprise ...). For the project team,
change the status from committed to proposed. If you publish the project
plan again, the assignments in each user's timesheet should disappear.

For reporting purposes the actuals that the users have submitted for this
project are still there - make sure you include proposed booking in the
reports.
