Deactivate rooler of the mouse

Is possible to deactivate the roller of the mouse and to mantain active
keyboard (active PageUp and PageDown key) ?

Do a search in the newsgroup and read the previous posts. That is why they
store them.

Personally, I use google.com. I click the "groups" option, then I would
enter something like the following....

microsoft.public.access disable mouse scroll wheel
