Ummmm. This is a newsgroup for questions about Microsoft Access. There are
no staff members here, just users willing to help each other out.

You will need to post your question in an OUTLOOK newsgroup, not an ACCESS
newsgroup. You may want to reword your question, as I have no idea what it
is that you are asking. It appears to have something to do with the menu
bar, but you don't state what propblem you are having or what you would like
to see.

I would suggest you try to get a copy of any Outlook books for your Outlook
version and help yourself with the basic understanding on Outlook.

What you ask is basic operations of Outlook and these are covered in Outlook
books.
