Dec 2009 CU impact?

We are anticipating installing Dec CU, any problems encountered with Dec CU?
Either Server or Pro?
Do down level Pros work OK with it or should we force an Pro upgrade?

While Microsoft says that you can mismatch the patch levels between client
and server, in the case of the Dec CU, some of the most important fixes are
included in the client patch. If these affect your system, you may want to
prioritize the client updates as much as possible.

Thanks for your reply Gary.. We are trying to decide between a "push by IT"
to the PMs or use the "advise, follow up and Nag" routine.
