Decimal masks

I would like to build a mask that allows me to enter a number without entering a decimal place. Example: enter 1045 in cell and see 10.45 It should work like the special formats for zipcodes.

Tools>Options>Edit tab>*enter a number in the Fixed Decimal Places and check
the box*>OK.
