Decimal Points - rounding price for customers

We are a small business selleing parts with special pricing- for instance,
you could buy a box of bolts for $1.39/1000. This is fine until we need to
charge a customer for individual units of the above and the customer 's
recept shows an amount not rounded up or down to the nearest cent, but exact
pricing per unit. Is there a way to operate the pos so that individual
prices are rounded to the nearest cent?

Can you provide the version and app in MS Office that you're using in this case?

I was corrected by the office manager today- he tells me that it is not
Microsoft Office that we use for this function; it is Microsoft Retail
Management System. The problem we have remains, however and we are at a loss
as to how it may be solved. Any help you can offer would be greatly
appreciated.
