This provides at least some kind of explanation. However, some of these
formulas are substracting exactly the same number and i am running Excel 2002
on Office XP.
Well come to think of it, the data is input my a number of people running
different versions of Excel. Perhaps each occurance of these numbers was
calculated using a slightly different "approximation of true value" in Binary
terms.
