decimal to 16 bits binary conversion in Excel?

I'm aware of the function DEC2BIN(), but it has a limitation of 10 bits.
Are there any 16 bits solutions available?

Try this

=DEC2BIN(A1/256,8)&DEC2BIN(MOD(A1,256),8)

always shows 16 bits...
