Hi,
I have just installed BCM 2007 on Vista 32 as my CRM system.
I set up products and services using the products and services form. I sell
energy so my unit cost can be in fraction of pence. Eg £0.001 or £0.0005 but
my quantity will be 1,000,000+ units.
When I entered these prices and quantities into the product form it seems to
not calculate the total AT ALL. the line total value displays £0 when it
should be something like £9000.
I have tried to check the proerties of the form and see if there is a
setting to change the number of decimal places that are considered in
calculations. Can't find anything.
Can you please advise how to fix this as it is fundamental to the success of
BCM as a solution for me (and I am sure many other company's or individuals
who deal in decimal unit costs
