Decimals

I'm a newbie. I want to enter numbers such as 4.21 , 4.00, 4.20, and
0.00 .I can't find a way or setting to do this.
4.00 shows up as 4, 0.00 shows as 0.
Can anyone help?

Hi

Welcome to Excel.

What you need to do is highlight the cells in which you need to have
the fixed number of decimals. Then choose Format>Cells. Click on the
'Number' tab and then choose Number from the list. This will let you
choose the required number of decimals and include the appropriate
number of '0's for whole numbers.
