default accounts

we have a very small bussiness with exchange 2003 on sbs 2003.
the exchange server is only for shared contacts and calendar.
each user (only 3 users) has outlook 2003 with an exchange account and a
pop3 account set up as default.
when we try to forward an email from "sent items" on a local pst, it uses
the exchange account by default. (although pop3 is the default account)
why, and how can i change this ? (i want outlook to send everything through
pop3)

thank you but this is not the case here.
the pop3 account remains the default all the time, but when forwarding an
email from "sent items" or sending a contact - it chooses the exchange
account instead of the default pop3 account....

I know it's not completely the same but could you try it on one machine
anyway?
I cannot repro your issue here but that is with a full Exchange server and
not an SBS based one. If that makes a difference, the registry setting might
work for this issue as well.

no it still chooses the exchange server.
just to clarify: new messages are sent automaticaly from the default pop3
account, as they should, the problem is when forwarding email from 'sent
items' - outlook chooses to send it via the exchange account

I have the same problem, Outlook 2003, with SBS exchange - if I forward a
message from my sent box, it looks like it has gone, but never reaches the
destination. Sometimes several weeks later I will get an "undeliverable"
message back.

Have you found a solution?
