Hi,

I am using OUtlook 2000 with Exchange Server as my transport.

When I receive e=mails, I move them from the Ex Server to my local PST and
also create and save contacts, journal entries, tasks, etc. in the local PST.

Problem: I want to track activities by client, so right-click the contact
name and select New Appointment for Contact, for example. Instead of it
being entered in the local pst, it is entered on the Exchange SErver.

How can I change the default for this, plus the journal entries, etc. to be
saved locally.
