default commandbar button behavior

Hi,

I wrote an office add-in that modified the onAction property of a default
CommandBarButton (e.g., save button), but it overrode the original behavior.
I want to restore the original behavior, and I've tried removing the add-in
but that doesn't seem to do the trick. Is there another way of restoring the
default behavior without a complete Office uninstall?

Have you tried setting the OnAction property as blank?
