Default Contact List?

On this newsgroup I saw an entry that showed how to select
which address book that will show when you click the new
mail button. I fixed in my OutLook2003 box running WinXP,
but not on my OutLookXP box running Win2K.

How do you tell OutLook which list to use in OutLookXP?
