Default data sheet in title and content layout

I'm using PowerPoint 2003 I was doing a slide layout with the Title and
content thumbnail, which has a default datasheet with it. I accidentally
deleted the datasheet and I need it for my project for school. Does anyone
know how to get the default datasheet back on the screen. Would be very
grateful if someone knows how to get it back thnx

On the same thumbnail in the drop down menu, select Reapply Layout.

Does that help?
