How can I get into my outlook?

I am getting same message about email folders. I can't get to the email.
machine is dell deminsion 4600, with WindowXP. moving up to officexp Small
bussness edition.[ can't get tech support from MS as it is OEM, but out of
warranty, so dell won't help either]
This is first time I have tried to set up outlook. I always used Outlook
Express.
Help
