default e-mail message size

Folks - I need to quantify the additional email traffic
that the e-mail collaboration functionality of Project
Pro/Server is going to create. I know my number of users,
number of plans etc, but can't identify anywhere the size
of the default (Here are the latest schedule changes. Let
me know if there are any problems with the new dates.

It will depend on the message type being sent and how
many assignments are listed in the email, but we have
never seen one above 900K.
