Default e-mail went back to Windows Live Mail

My default e-mail program went back again to Windows Live Mail, and now I do
not remember how I changed it back to Outlook the last time to make it
Outlook my default.

Can any one remind me?

Control panel, Default programs or you can open the Internet options applet
and change it on the programs tab.
