Default font

I am using OneNote 2010 on a Vista machine.

I have finished a basic document and nowt it's a matter of inserting more
information here and there between paragraphs. I have set the default font
at Tahoma 11 and the entire document is in that font. Howeve, when I insert
spaces between parapgraphs and enter more text, the text comes in Times New
Roman 12 and I have to use the format painter again and again. Starting to
annoy me.

Can anyone, please, explain to me what I am doing wrong? Here is a
screen-capture of what I mean.
