How can I permanently change the PPT default font from Arial to Comic
Sans MS. Every time I change it, it changes back! Driving me nuts.
Thanks. john b

Hi,

You can build a custom template that will load with your own defaults. How
depends on version of PowerPoint:

Create a default "blank" presentation with your own defaults

Please tell us your PowerPoint / Windows version,
whether you are using vba, whether
your cows are in the corn paddock, or
anything else relevant.

Or,
after changing the font on a textbox,
click Draw > Set AutoShape Defaults.
By doing so, newly created textbox will stick to the font that you have set.
This can also be done to other properties such as fill color and font size.
