Default input language in the Access table creation

Hi,

I am using Office XP, and I am studying Access.

Recently, I noticed a very strange phenomenon. When I create a table by
double clicking the "Create table by entering data", the default input
language will switch to a non-English one.

I can input English in a cell by adjusting the language bar and switching to
English, but it switchs back again when I move to another cell. It is really
annoying!! This means that I have to do the adjustment for each cell.

Please tell me how to solve this problem. By the way, I have set the default
language to English in the Microsoft Office Tools.
