Default Mail Display Settings

I have recently joined an organisation who use Exchange
5.5/and Outlook 2000.

As User asked if she could change the settings for all
inbound mail to display bigger. No problem I
thought...but I can't see how I can do it. I can chnage
default outbound settings, heading, column and others.

Where is the default mail inbound font setting?

Can anybody help?
