default open/save folder

How do I change the default open/save folder to go from being "My Documents"
to a network or other related default folder?

Open up an Office program, click Tools then Options. In Word go to the File
Locations tab and change the location for documents. In Excel go to the
General tab and change the default file location. In PowerPoint go to the
Save tab and change the default file location.
