Default Position for Find & Replace Feature

Is it possible to change the default match "Whole Field" position to "Any
Part of the Field" selection instead. On every search I do, I first have to
make this change. Not only is it time consuming, it just appears to me that
it is the wrong default choice. I think surely it is available, I just can't
find any help to locate the answer. I would appreciate your help. Thanks,

You did not say your Access version. I am now using 2007 and that is under
Office Button, Advanced, Default find/replace behaviour.
