Default Print Preview Toolbar does not show?

have a form in an Access 2000 data base which has a "custom toolbar"
associated with it. The toolbar is set using the form properties menu. When
the form opens, the custom tool bar displays just fine. When I click on the
print preview to print the form the default "print preview tool bar" does
not show. If I omit the custom tool bar on the form then the "print preview
tool bar" shows when clicking on print preview. How do I get the "print
preview tool bar" to show when using the custom toolbar with the form?
