A colleague of mine has Outlook 2003 installed. However, whenever he prints
an e-mail, he has to click onto FIle, Page Setup and choose Memo Style,
otherwise when the e-mail is printed, the headers at the top do not appear,
so he cannot see who the e-mail is from.
Does anybody know where there is a default setting to ask it to use Memo
style permanently?
