Default printer setting not used.

I recently changed from Access 2K to 2003 and have had nothing but trouble with my reports. They are all set to use the default printer. The problem is the reports do not use the printer settings, such as color and which tray to print from. The only way I can get the reports to print in color or use tray two is to go to page setup in each report (about 50 of them) and select color or the tray or both and then return to the default printer and it works. I go to about 9 job sites during any given week and each has a different printer. I did not have this problem in 2K. Can anyone help me, as this is tedious and frustrating.
