Default Rule Lines?

SOMEHOW I've managed to get OneNote to think that it needs to use graph rule
lines when I create a new page. How do I turn off the Default lines?

Menu: Format-Templates.

In the list box, Choose default template select the correct template or "No
default template".

A second place to check is in Tools | Options. On the Display tab, there is
a setting to always show rules lines on new pages. Just make sure it is not
checked.
