Default Saving location in FP 2003

Dan Rhodes

Hi all,

Has anybody got an idea how to change the default save location in FP 2003

As I work in a school the students do not have access to C:\ currently the
default save location is located on the local drive itsself, thus stopping
pupils saving at the end of the lesson, it would be great help if anybody
could give guidance on this problem as I need to get it fixed ASAP.

Thanks Dan Rhodes

Create a folder for each student on whatever drive they have access to, then open that folder in FP,
thereafter as long as the student always open that web / site (folder) in FP via File Menu | Open
Web / Site all content that is created will be saved into that folder. In other content must be
imported into the web / site via FP will also be stored here.

Thanks for that Thomas, is there any way that I can change the directory
manually?

This would be even better than your last post ;-)
