default settings for text box in Org Chart

How do I change the default settings for the way the text box appears
whenever I insert a new text box? Currently, a new text box comes out in
blue and not in the shape that I would like it to be. How can I change that
and save that as a default?

Create a textbox the way you want it, then go to Format/Font and select
"default for new objects." After that, right-click the textbox and select
"autoshape defaults."
