Default Stencils

I have a Visio document that I created in Visio 2007. I have 14 stencils that
open up when I open up that document. I want those same 14 stencils to open
every time I startup Visio, regardless of whether I'm opening that particular
document or I'm starting a new document. How can I get those 14 stencils to
open up and be displayed and available to me by default, every time I start
Visio 2007?

Would you care to try out my

which has the ability to control a set of startup stencils.

Another way to do this is by creating a Visio template (.vst) and
placing a shortcut to it on your desktop. Open the drawing that has
the 14 stencils you want. File > Save As > and select "Template
(*.vst)" with whatever file name you like. Then delete everything
from the drawing space to leave you with a blank page and Save the
file again. Create a shortcut to that file on your desktop or you can
place the shortcut in any other location. When you click that
shortcut icon to open it, Visio will open a new drawing file with your
stencils and a blank page.

Regards,
Brett
