Default Task - Physical % Complete

Using MSP2003ent

Is there a way to change the [default task earned value method-from %
Complete to Physical % Complete] so it is the default configuration for all
enterprise users? I have updated the Enterprise global to reflect this
change under options\calculations\earned value, but, it only updates my local
configuration to Physical % Complete not enterprise.

No, there is no default way in Project Server 2007 to change the EVA method
to Physical % Complete for all users. As you now know, setting this in the
Enterprise Global file doesn't work. Keep in mind the Enterprise Global
file is your organization's "library" of custom enterprise Views, Tables,
Filters, Groups, Reports, etc. It is NOT the location in which you can
specify Options settings for all users. Hope this helps.

You can set this option in templates, and you can do this by installing
Project with a custom msi package.
