Default temp directory using Groupwise...

Hello,
I've read several other posts on here about people wanting to change the
default location of where a file is stored when it's opened within their mail
client. Well we use GroupWise here and every time any Office document is
opened directly from the file attachment within Groupwise it saves it to the
local settings\temp or windows\temp location. Is there any way to change
this? I know this is probably a GroupWise question, but I couldn't find
anything in their knowledge base...the only stuff I've found is really old
and doesn't work or just mentions the problem and doesn't provide a solution.
