Default Template Excel 2000

Can somone tell me how to modify the default template for Excel 2000. I have
some macros, toolbar buttons, etc. that I want to be availalbe in all new
worksheets

You should be able to make the changes you want and then do a
"SAVE AS" and using the drop down list of file types, pick out
"Template."

What do you name it so Excel knows it's the default template? What if you
save more than 1 template, how does Excel know which one if the default one?

Click on the help function and search for "template files"
while in Excel. That should explain it better than I can.
