I specified MS Word 2003 as the editor for new mail in Outlook 2003. I
also modified Normal.dot in my MS Word 2003. The modified Normal.dot
works OK for new documents in Word, but not for new mail in Outlook.
When I want to start a new mail in Outlook, using MS Word 2003 as my
editor, it starts with the original Normal.dot template - the one
before the modifications. Any help would be appreciated.
