Default Template with Macros

I am about to install a server in the office (at last) and would like to
centralise the excel templates for an office style. We are using Office XP.

I know about book.xlt, but can I save it on the network, if so where?

I have loads of macros connected to a toolbar in my personal workbook, how
do I make this available to everyone else?
