Default time for reminders is 4pm - how can I change this?

Hi All,

I can't imagine why but the default reminder time for reminders is 16:00.

I have installed this on several PCs and it is always the same.

Is there any way to change this so it dfaults to 9am which would seem to be
more sensible

Version of Outlook?

Tasks created today and set to be reminded today will always use 1 hr before
the end of your work day - it can't remind you at 9 AM today when you create
it at 2 PM. Tasks created for a future date will remind you at the start of
the workday.
