Default Value in Parameter Query?

I was wondering if anyone knows a way (or if it's possible) to have Access
pop up a default value in the prompt window for a query parameter? I.e. if
the prompt was "Enter Beginning Date" could Access pop up a default value of
"1/1/04" that could then be overwritten if needed?
