default view for IMAP folders in Outlook 2003

I do not prefer the default view that Outlook 2003 has for message folders.
Specifically, I'd rather not group messages by date and turn the reading pane
off.

I can do this for each folder for my IMAP message store, however I have
dozens of folders and it becomes monotonous.

Is there a way to define a view and set all other folders to that view?

I've tried to maniuplating the Define and Customize views functions. There
doesn't seem to be a way to apply the view to all folders in the same view.
Am I missing something?
