Default Zoom is set at 47%

I have a user whose page layout is set to 47% when they open Word. I can
change it to 100% but it doesn't seem to do anything, If I go in to the Zoom
view again it is back to 47%. It is Office 2003 and I deleted all of the
normal.dot's I could find. Anyone have any ideas on this before I
uninstall/reinstall?

But note that Word 2002 and 2003 can be extremely balky about saving
settings. If this method doesn't work, you may need an AutoExec or AutoOpen
macro.
