I have written a sentence in simplified Chinese characters. I then select it
and access the phonetic guide in Word 2007. This takes me to the screen where
the pinyin ruby text is added - a fantastic feature.
However it is a pain having to input my choice of alignment, font, offset
and size each time. Is there a way that I can set defaults for these?
