Publisher will not allow you to change the default view of your page width
at startup. The only way to change the default zoom of the page is by
changing the resolution of your desktop (for example, from 800 x 600 to 1024
x 768). The fast way to zoom in when opening a blank or existing publication
is to press the F9 key.
