defaut language setting

hi there,

i am a new user of access, just want to try something out.

i do not understand my defaut language settins can not apply to access. i
set the defaut input language for my computer as english, which is absolutely
fine when i creat new files in word, excel and powerpoint etc. when i try to
input some information into the boxes in a database, the input language just
changes to another language. so i need to change each time i move to another
column.

i really appreciate if somebody can help me out.
