Defective MS software from Walmart?

Hi everyone. I just purchased the Student and Teacher's
edition of Office 2003 and the installation disk is
damaged. It actually looks like someone ran a cutting
edge across the surface. What gives and what's the
fastest way to resolve this? Many thanks!!!

Um, return it to WalMart for an exchange?

Susie,
You may try and return it to Wal Mart. I would show them
the damaged cd, and as well, would not take the desk
clerks reply if negative, as for the manager.
If that does not work try this link:

Good luck!
