The default permissions in Project Server 2007 do not allow a PM to create
his/her own calendars at the project level. If your organization needs for
PM's to be able to create their own calendars, then the Project Server
administrator must enable this specific permission. Otherwise, your Project
Server administrator will need to create the calendar as an enterprise
calendar so you can use it. Hope this helps.
