Defined Text used with a Hotkey or Shortcut

When using internet explorer, am I able to assign my email address to a
function key or combination of keys? Considering how often I have to type it,
I am hoping there is a keyboard shortcut I can utilize.
If there is a way to use it throughout all of Windows, that’s even better. I
am utilizing XP professional on a laptop.
