Definition of the Revision "Type " properties

John Wirt

I have not found definitions of several of the type properties of the
Revision object. What do they mean?

wdNoRevision
wdRevisionDelete
wdRevisionDisplayField
wdRevisionInsert
wdRevisionParagraphNumber
wdRevisionProperty
wdRevisionReconcile
wdRevisionReplace
wdRevisionStyle

Thank you.

Hi John,
it seems, that the constants concerning revision types
are a mistery. The following may be of little help,
as it is rather common sense, but anyway:
- wdRevisionParagraphNumber
is true, if a numbered list was changed.
E.g. the insertion of a new paragraph at the start of
a numbered list causes renumbering of all following
listparagraphs
- wdRevisionReplace
is true, if a change was done by a find a replace
action.
- wdRevisionStyle
is true, if some style properties were changed.
I wish, I would know more.
