exploiting the potential of Generic Resources would be useful?
I have been exploring the potential of Generic Resources and feel that there
are some points that could do with a bit of guidance.The following are just
"kite-flying" suggestions.
Capacity planning & Reporting
Effective matching of Generic Resources representing specific skills to
named individuals, things to be aware of/avoid when using MV Skills.
How the RBS can impact on access to Generic Resources and how best to handle
this.
I would be happy to contribute my own views/experience to such a guide.
